The Glenlivet Tasting - Friday 24th February 2023

There are some whisky tastings you should just not miss, and this is one of them. Heavily featuring The Glenlivet core range from the 1960's (distilled in the late forties/early fifties), these drams are one of the few remaining whisky secrets. Stunning lightly peated Speyside whisky from another time. These beauties were what other distilleries were trying to emulate!! This a unique opportunity to taste these legends from the past. If that wasn't enough there are also thirty and forty year old Glenlivets, distilled in the seventies, included for you as well. Also if you sign up for the full monty, you will receive a free special mystery dram too!!

The Details

The tasting will be held on ZOOM, from 7.30-10pm GMT on Friday 24th February 2023 (If you can’t make this time, a recording will be available afterwards).

The tasting is informative, yet also informal, with everyone able to join in, and able to share their whisky enthusiasm!

The 15ml drams will be mailed to you, 1st class signed for (in a padded box) at least a week before the tasting. International shipping is available upon request. You will also receive some tasting clues, the running order, and the Zoom link in the days before the evening.

This full tasting (10+free mystery dram) costs £200 inc (UK) p&p. You can opt to subtract the G&M 1976 45yo Private Collection & mystery dram, with the set then being £170 inc.

East Coast Whisky SHERRY FEST 2023

To beat the dark damp days of Dramuary we have a new festival event for you all to enjoy, SHERRY FEST 2023. To be held on Friday 27th January 2023, online, from 7.30-10.30pm.

This will be some whisky event, drawing from TWENTY incredible sherried whiskies, whiskies I've been collecting for such a night for several years now!!

How to join

This inaugural East Coast Whisky online tasting festival will be held on Zoom on Friday 27th January from 7.30 - 10.30pm. Our tastings are fun and informal, with great folk, and this will be no different!!

This tasting should be £300 all inclusive of (UK) shipping. However until the end of 2022 it is only £250 for the twenty 15ml drams, packing, postage & tasting!! (Which is why it's half sold out already!!) Packs are sent first class signed by Royal Mail, and you will also receive the Zoom link and running order leading up to the event. Festive Special LIVE in person - Friday 9th December 2022

For this years live in person Festive Special Food & Whisky tasting, we will be meeting at East Coast Whisky HQ, in Haddington, East Lothian. This is the first time we've hosted here, and will see us commissioning our amazing tasting space ready for some special guest tastings in 2023.

As well as great whiskies, we will enjoy seafood from East Coast Lobsters and more fine cheese from The Cheese Lady. It's great to support local businesses.

The event will run from 7 - 10pm.

£148 includes 10 drams, delicious food and a present!! Places are limited to 12 people, with a few currently reserved. To secure a place, please pay using PayPal, Revolut or Bank Transfer as soon as possible, as food has to be ordered in advance.

For those unable to attend in person it is possible to get a dram pack sent to you for £100 inc p&p (overseas please enquire). If there is enough of a demand we will sort out a hybrid event!!
